Wow time flies! Another busy week has passed. I have already learned a whole lot but I did realize that there is so much more that I have to learn…

What I already realized though is how important good customer service is and that is something that I will always remember.

I had my first contact with real customers, I conducted a scuba review and was able to assist in an Open water Course. The highlight of the week was the two interesting presentations of Aquatic Alliance, the Manta Research organization right across the street. After having heard so much about the Mantas there I really look forward to doing my Manta Specialty and learn even more about these beautiful creatures.

I am taking on more and more job around the dive shop. Yesterday, I spent the afternoon learning how to fill tanks and even got the chance to do it myself. I am up to the last chapter in my divemaster manual and there is a lot of information to understand.

Underwater I have seen lots of cool things, like: ribbon eels, garden eels, blue spotted sting rays, scorpion fish, barracuda and juvenile angel fish!
