This week in South Lombok, we had a strange visitor to the dive center as he wondered across the road and straight through the gates and we have not been able to work out what he is. We have checked all the fish books we have and have come to the conclusion that he is a shrimp lobster.
Also this week we say a big congratulations and good luck to Sarah who has just completed her open water course and has just started her advanced open water course. Sarah has also had one of the luckiest first dives as she saw a big group of eagle rays, turtle, nudibranches, cuttlefish, shrimps, crabs, pipe fish, peacock mantis shrimp and loads more.
We also had a very lovely couple from Australia join us for five days Janice and Trevor. They had an amazing muck dive on our site, the sand where they saw tons of macro life with about 15 different nudibranches, cuttlefish, octopus, frog  fish, sea horse, orangutan crab, squat shrimp and lots more.
This week in Lombok the weather has been great with lots of sunshine great visibility at 30+ meters and some spectacular dives bring on next week!!!Â

What did he taste like. Woops he he
HI Jake, Thanks for a great 5 days of diving. Your crew were great and I enjoyed celebrating my birthday with them, and the dive sites were just sensational. We couldn’t believe the size and variety of corals and of course the little stuff was amazing. Hope to see you all again soon.
Its a mud lobster, they live in the mangroves.
