This week in Amed…we spotted one of the cutest thing ever, a Juvenile Yellow Boxfish, during an exploration dive with our PADI Divemaster’s trainees on the house reef. On our way up from a Deep Dive, we managed to cross this little fella; and by “Little”, I mean “tiny”; this one was about 1 cm. We’re luck Nathan Wong, the photographer is fully equipped to take perfect underwater shots, like many of our fun divers at Two Fish Divers.
The yellow boxfish might seem is clumsy underwater, but they possess an effective defense mechanism. When under stress, their skin releases a poisonous protein that may prove lethal to any fish in the surrounding waters
It’s also the right opportunity to congratulate Noah and Emilia, who respectively achieved their PADI Discover Scuba Diving programs, and PADI Bubblemaker program.

I love ❤️Boxfish!
