Two Fish Bunaken was on fire this week! We had some amazing dawn dives, morning dives, afternoon dives, Mandarin dives and night dives, all on the same day. We saw big schools of trevallies, giant frogfish, barracudas, garden eels, devil fish, leaf fish, blue spotted stingrays, countless green and hawksbill turtles the size of small children and some much more.
We also had two new team members: divemaster trainee Jaimie joined us this week (after three weeks of really great diving with Two Fish Divers in Nusa Lembongan and Lembeh) and dive guide ‘papa’ Bayu returned after his flight to Bali was canceled due to the volcano. Welcome (back) guys! By the way, a few more guests stranded in Bunaken this week due to canceled flights and everybody was very happy to come to amazing Bunaken then…

Open Water student Anna did an amazing job. She made almost no mistakes on here knowledge reviews and exam, did great on the confined water sessions in the pool and even better in the sea on Open Water sessions 1 till 4. Don’t tell her, but she was even better on air then her instructor Markus. Speaking of which…
Surface intervals are never boring here in Bunaken, especially when the weather is hot and Markus is on the boat. He seems to be a natural talent when it comes to boat jumping. A catwalk model would be jealous…see the picture. Divemaster trainees Ian and Michal tried to cool themselves down in a different way and took a canoe out to look for Dugongs. Unfortunately, the seacows were not in the mood for a tête-à-tête. Maybe next week, who knows! We keep you updated!
