Our house reef is on fire at the time ! Several kinds of octopuses (Mimic , Wonderpuse, Blue ring, Mottoti ) are to be spotted at the moment in our house reef. Of course not only these beauties are hanging around for the pleasure of our guests, harlequin, decorators and porcelain crabs are legion as well as squat shrimps.
When it comes to fish, ornate ghost pipefish are still around while the cat fishes have definitely settled inside their favorite tyre. Frogfishes are hidding a bit everywhere and dragonets, Lionfish, snake eels, garden eels show up regularly. If you enjoy or want to discover muck diving it’s a great moment to do so at TwoFish Amed.
This week, Daniel, our Aussie Divemaster, went back home for the feast but we welcome Christina who comes here to complete her divemaster training. Her first week was very busy though as she has the chance to assist a full Open Water Course, a couple of Discover Scuba Diving students and go on now on an Advanced Open Water Course.
Becoming a Divemaster is a great part of understanding of the needs an instructor have during a course. That’s why a good training must include several assisting, preferably with different instructors, to help the candidate anticipating what’s coming further and also help him bulding is on style in terms of skills demonstration. The more he sees and do the more he is likely to pick up what he likes.
