Wow. It’s been a week already!! We are in full swing here in Bunaken. There are a variety of courses going on! I have been assisting with Ina, who is great. She explains everything really well and is also fun and a great role model for me. She’s calm. Lol.
This week in Bunaken … We have had some great dives here in Bunaken over the last week but the most amazing sighting was the capture of ten sargassum frogfish in a large ball of tangled rope, plastic, fishing net, fishing line and seaweed!

Welcome to our Weekly Roundup! Last week we had schooling barracuda, emperor shrimps, ninja manta’s and an amazing story of a young girls journey on becoming a cave videographer.

Day 1: Today was my official start of my Dive Master Training! And yes I am doing the blog even though it’s day one. Lol. But I figured why not? Day one is actually a really important day and what I better way to celebrate it, then documenting it.
So here we are, at the end of a 5-week long training. I have completed my PADI divemaster internship, and it has been a wonderful experience through which I have been able to acquire a wide range of skills. It certainly has allowed me to expand my knowledge base of the diving industry.
