This week, when diving in South Lombok, the pygmy seahorse are all out in force and they seem to be popping up everywhere. Normally here in the south of Lombok we find them on our dive site pygmy point but as I said they have been spotted this week on most of our dive sites.
We had Josh and Anne joined us from America for a few dives this week, this was Josh’s 2nd dive trip and wasn’t so interested in the macro life that is until he got a look at it. Both Josh and Anne came back from their dives looking very happy and no surprise as they saw cuttle fish, octopus, nudibranchs, pygmy seahorse, turtle, shrimps, crabs and a whole load more.
The diving has been great down here in south Lombok with some awesome visibility, very little current and some great finds like the bob tail squid which was a first for us just a shame that no one had a camera.
